Here are our current ciders. We have won 5 CAMRA "Cider of the Festival" awards.

Floppy Tabs (8.0%) is a fruity medium cider, being light, pale and clear. It is made from a blend of mainly dessert apples, with some cider and culinary apples added to give a balance of acidity. It remains our most popular cider. All of the apples used in Floppy Tabs are grown within the Nottinghamshire county-boundary. Floppy Tabs is named after a young Border Collie with very dynamic ears... This cider was voted "Cider of the Festival" at Mansfield CAMRA Beer & Cider Festival.

C B C  (8.0%) (Cross Border Conflict) is our first cider made using a 50:50 blend of Herefordshire & Nottinghamshire apples. We used organically-grown Major and Perthyre apples from Herefordshire to give tannin and body, blended with locally-grown Nottinghamshire apples for fruitiness and bite. It is a medium-dry cider, slightly hazy and light-gold in colour.
