Torkard Cider

Our Ciders - 2

Here are our current ciders. We have won 5 CAMRA "Cider of the Festival" awards.

Sheep Wash (8.0%) is named after the old and original name for the lane on which we live in Hucknall: "Sheepwash Lane". It is a crisp, but easy-drinking cider made from a blend of locally-grown fruit including crab apples for bite. Slightly hazy, it has a distinct fresh apple nose and flavour. This cider recently won the Chesterfield CAMRA "Cider of the Festival" award in 2010.
